Ziv&Tonic Penthouse 2 is located on the beach, in the village Lygia, 5 minutes from Lefkas town. In less than 1 minute walk from the Penthouse, you can find wonderful tavernas, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bars and supermarkets. The penthouse is fully renovated, modernly designed and great for couples, group of friends, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The space
Ziv&Tonic Lefkada Penthouse 2 is located on the TOP FLOOR of the building right on the beach next to great tavernas, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bars and supermarkets and only 5 minutes from Lefkas Town.

The apartment consists of 1 bedrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen and a bathroom. If you would like to sit in the fresh air, the apartment offers a furnished private balcony where you can enjoy the beatiful beach and the peaceful sound of the waves. Please note that there is no sea view from the bedroom and the living room- only from the balcony.

The apartment (40 sq m. = 431 sq. ft+ 8 sq m. = 86 sq. ft balcony) features a fully equipped kitchen (includes an oven, 2 electric stove tops, mini fridge and coffee machine), air conditioning and heating in the entire apartment, 2 smart TVs, bug nets in all doors and windows, free Wi-Fi, Nespresso coffee machine, a hairdryer and more.

In the bedroom, there is a queen size bed, and in the living room, there is a sofabed. Overall the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. In case you are traveling with an infant (2 year old or younger), we will also supply you with a crib with no extra charge (please let us know beforehand).

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire apartment. We will make sure that you will have a great start for your vacation as we will provide you with sugar, coffee, tea, water bottle, olive oil and balsamic vinegar and some other surprises.
