Ziv&Tonic Apartment 5 is located next to the central square of old historic Lafkas town in a quiet street, 2 min. walk from the sea, famous churches, tavernas and bars. Traditional stone building fully renovated and designed by Toni, owner of Serenity hotel. Our apartment is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The space
Ziv&Tonic apartment 5 is located on the SECOND FLOOR of a beautiful traditional Greek building that was built a 150 years ago. The building has been recently renovated and redesigned by Toni, the owner of Serenity boutique hotel.

It is located next to the central square of old historic Lafkas town in a quiet street and in an ideal prime location. When arriving at the island, I WILL PERSONALLY GREET YOU AND SHOW YOU WHERE THE BEST PLACES ARE TO PARK YOUR CAR.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. If you would like to sit in the fresh air, the apartment offers garden furniture in the balcony that overlooks the peaceful streets of Lefkada.

The apartment (39 sq m. = 420 sq. ft) features a fully equipped kitchen (includes oven with double electric stove top), air conditioning and heating in the entire apartment, bug nets in all doors and windows, free Wi-Fi, hairdryer and more.

There are 2 beds in the apartment – a queen size bed in the parent's bedroom and another queen size bed in the children's room. Overall the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. In case you are traveling with an infant (1 year old or younger), we will also supply you with a crib with no extra charge (please let us know beforehand).

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire apartment. We will make sure that you will have a great start for your vacation as we will provide you with sugar, coffee, tea, water bottle, olive oil and balsamic vinegar and some other surprises.
